defined as its display window. This marketing tool has quickly taken a leading
position amongst other communication channels.
People enter a website and
expect to find information within seconds. Some say that if a website failed to
grab the visitor’s interest within 3 seconds, he is already on another website.
This means tough competition over the customer’s attention and all efforts
should be made to keep the customer in your site for as long as possible or
until a "conversion” (desired action) is made.
